Who can apply as a delegate? +

Anyone who is passionate about global issues and wants to engage in high-level discussions. Seats are limited and admission is selective.

Is this an exclusive conference? +

Yes. All applications are personally reviewed by the Prism team to ensure the quality and authenticity of each delegate. Submitting a form does not guarantee a seat. Successful applicants will be notified via email.

What are the funding options? +

Delegates may apply as Self-Funded (covering all costs personally), Partially Funded (Prism covers part of the fee), or Fully Funded (Prism covers all costs). Funding decisions are made as part of the admissions review. We are committed to making Prism accessible to talented delegates regardless of financial background.

What is the conference language? +

All proceedings are conducted in English. Delegates are expected to communicate, debate, and write position papers and resolutions in English.

When will exact dates be confirmed? +

What should I write in my motivation letter? +

Your essay should explain why you want to join Prism GYC, which global issues you care most about, what committee topics interest you, and what unique perspective you bring. Aim for 200–400 words.
